Hello, Pumpkin

Hi, friends! Fall is my favorite season, and today Picket Fence Studios is releasing a bunch of awesome, fall-themed products! The design team is celebrating with an Instagram Hop and a fabulous prize.

My card features the adorable Freckle Friends: Penelope Pumpkin stamp set and A Fall Evening Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts. Isn’t that background paper amazing?!

I stamped that sweet girl with black ink and colored her with Copics, making sure to coordinate my colors with the background paper. I added highlights with a white gel pen and diecut the image with the coordinating die.

I used the Basic Die Cutting Die Set 1 to frame that gorgeous paper from the A Fall Evening Fabulously Glossy A2 Card Fronts. First, I diecut the window from an A2 panel of ivory cardstock and from some brown cardstock. I blended the edges of the ivory panel with Antique Linen Distress Ink using a Life Changing Blender Brush and adhered it to my background paper. Next, I stacked the brown window onto the ivory one for some dimension and glued them to my card. I cut a strip of the brown cardstock and adhered it to the bottom edge of my card.

I stamped a sentiment from Freckle Friends: Penelope Pumpkin and cut it out with the coordinating dies. Finally, I popped up my sentiment and colored image with foam squares to my card.
