Blissfully Scrappy

Hello there! Today I’m sharing a card featuring a gorgeous, new die set from Crafty Meraki called Bouquet Builder.

Aren’t those flowers beautiful?! I love all of the layers, especially for the bouquet’s wrapping!

Using the Bouquet Builder Dies, I diecut the various layers from colored, glitter and metallic cardstocks. I assembled the diecuts with liquid adhesive. I love that there is a slit in the bouquet’s wrapping to slide in the flowers’ stems.

For my background I diecut white cardstock with the Marrakech Mosaic Die and adhered it onto a piece of Color Cascade Patterned Paper. I trimmed down the panel and adhered it to a white card.

I tucked the flowers and foliage into the bouquet’s wrapping, trimming any stems that peeked out, and secured the diecuts to the wrap with a combination of liquid adhesive and foam squares. I attached the completed bouquet to my card with foam.

My sentiment is from Gilded Greetings Hot Foil Plate. I foiled it with Gold Glimmer Foil and diecut it with the coordinating die. After popping up my sentiment with foam, I finished with a scattering of gems.
