Hi, friends! How fitting that I’m sharing a gratitude card for Thanksgiving week, right? It features two products from Spellbinders’ Buon Appetito Collection, which is just plain fun.
Aren’t those pasta-loving friends from the Ingredients Buddies Dies adorable?! I diecut them from several shades of colored cardstock, added a little ink-blending for dimension, and then assembled them with liquid adhesive. Easy-peasy!
The Al Dente 3D Embossing Folder makes the perfect background for those friends! I embossed cream cardstock with the folder, trimmed it down and, though it doesn’t show up very well, blended the edges with a coordinating ink.
The Linear Touch Rectangles and Tag Dies are a new favorite from Spellbinders. I diecut dark green cardstock with one of the dies and foiled a sentiment from More Sentiments Glimmer Plate (retired but still available from Scrapbook.com and Amazon). I adhered the panel to my card with foam adhesvie and popped up my diecut characters with thin 3D foam squares. I finished the card with a sprinkling of gold pearls.
