My first project features the new Blooming Friendship stamp set. Aren’t those two friends sweet?! I stamped them with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copics.

I used dies from my stash to cut a frame from white cardstock. I trimmed the image to fit behind the frame, which I attached with strips of foam adhesive. That sweet polka dot paper is from the Adventures in Wonderland 6×6 paper. After creating a 5 1/2″ white card, I trimmed the polka dot paper, affixed it to the card and attached my framed image on top.

For my sentiment I combined the Layered Friend Dies with a sentiment from the Blooming Friendship set. I diecut “friend” from white glitter cardstock and the shadow from vellum and layered them together. I attached the diecut sentiment to my card with bits of strategically-placed foam adhesive. After stamping the sub-sentiment from Blooming Friendship, I diecut it with a die from my stash and popped it up with foam.

My second project features the Pretty Awesome Birthday stamp set. I colored the images with Copics and cut them out with my Brother ScanNCut (There will be coordinating dies in the future).

For my background I again used patterned papers from the Adventures in Wonderland 6×6 paper pack. After trimming the striped paper and attaching it to my card, I cut a strip of green paper, lightly inked the edges with ink, and glued it on top. To create a focal point for my images, I diecut a polka dot paper with the Stitched Circle Dies and inked the edges with gray ink. Next, I diecut a white, scalloped circle with the Stitched Scallop Circle Dies and layered it behind the polka dot circle.

After attaching the circles to my card, I adhered my colored images, popping up all but the cloud with foam adhesive. I stamped a sentiment from Blooming Friendship, trimmed it into a strip and inked the edges before affixing it with foam.
