Flower Garden Infinity Shaker

Hello there! Today I’m sharing an infinity shaker card featuring new goodies from Crafty Meraki. If you like bling, you’re going to LOVE this release!

Just a Note Infinity Shaker Card by Andrea Shell | Butterfly Bliss stamp by Crafty Meraki

Today, Crafty Meraki is releasing some fun products to add lots of sparkle to and shine to your projects! I’m featuring the Mini Slimline Shaker Pockets along with several of the new sequin mixes.

I began by creating the background panel for my shaker pocket. I blended a 3.5″ x 6.25″ panel of white cardstock with Catherine Pooler inks: Oh Boy for the sky and Lime Rickey for the grass. I trimmed the panel slightly to make it easier to seal the shaker pocket. I removed the protective cover from one of the Mini Slimline Shaker Pockets and placed the pocket facedown onto my deak. I sprinkled the following mixes onto the pocket: Flutter Fancy Buttercream, Green and Lavender and Twinkle Treats Azure and Neon Pink. I placed my background on top (again, facedown), removed the release paper from the pocket’s adhesive, and folded the tabs of the pocket over my background, pressing firmly.

I diecut the flowers with the Bouquet Builder Dies and assembled them with liquid adhesive. The butterfly is from the Butterfly Bliss stamp. I colored it with Copics, added details with a gel pen, and cut it out with the coordinating die.

I attached the flowers to my shaker pocket with a combination of liquid adhesive and thin foam squares. I trimmed off any overhanging petals and stems and adhered the pocket to a cardbase with double-sided adhesive. I affixed the butterfly with foam adhesive behind the body, bending up the wings for dimension.

My sentiment is from the Gilded Greetings Hot Foil Plate. I applied gold foil to white cardstock and diecut it with the coordinating die. I glued the sentiment directly to the shaker pocket.
