My card features the new Snow Much Fun stamp set. I told you yesterday I loved the illustrations by Dawn Machell, and there are 4 stamp sets in this release with them! Yippee!
The two critters and small tree are from the Snow Much Fun set, and the large tree is from the Snow Much Fun Scene Builder set. I colored all of the images with Copics and cut them out with the coordinating die sets. There are also coordinating coloring stencils for the new stamp sets, if coloring is not your thing.
The large hill is from the Snow Much Fun Scene Builder set. After stamping it, I masked the hill and ink-blended the sky. I layered several shades of distress oxides in an effort to match the windows of the gondola. I stamped the cable for the gondola (from the Snow Much Fun set) and adhered my colored images with a combination of liquid adhesive and varying heights of foam tape.
After stamping the sentiment from Snow Much Fun, I went a little crazy with white paint – I mean, it looks like the critters are in a blizzard, right? I finished the card with some clear sequins from the Snow Flurries mix.
