Introducing The Ultimate Coffee Cup Dies

Hello there! I’m delighted to help introduce The Ultimate Coffee Cup Dies by Not 2 Shabby and LVHandCrafted.com. This set of dies lets you create all kinds of coffee-inspired papercrafts, including a fun way to give a gift card, which I’m sharing with you today.

How adorable is this coffee cup-shaped card?! It fits perfectly into an A2 envelope, too! I’ve paired The Ultimate Coffee Cup Dies with the Cozy Neutrals Paper and the new The Ultimate Sentiments: Thanks stamp set.

Using the largest die from the Coffee Cup Dies, I diecut a paper from the Cozy Neutrals pack for the front of my cardbase and ivory cardstock for the back. I inked up the edges of the patterned-paper diecut before adhering the two bases together. The tabs on the diecuts make it super easy and intuitive to assemble.

Next, I diecut the insert and the lid from ivory cardstock. There is a die in the set that creates slots that perfectly hold a giftcard, and I used that die on the insert. I added a little shading to the lid with Copics before attaching it to the top of the insert.

I diecut the sleeve for the coffee cup from kraft cardstock and inked the edges slightly. I heat-embossed a sentiment from The Ultimate Sentiments: Thanks stamp set and stamped a supporting sentiment from the set in black ink. After adhering the sleeve to my card, I added a heart diecut created with the Coffee Cup Dies and some clear confetti.
